About
The Center Stage Studio Counselor In Training (CIT) Program is coveted by many students and campers. Many of our campers that have participated in the CIT program have gone on to become counselors and directors within our studio and even to working behind the scenes in Film, Television, on Broadway and beyond!
The mission of the CIT program is to help develop the leadership skills of the youth in our community and give them a place to receive mentorship as young professionals. The program’s purpose is to increase the awareness of personal responsibility and character development. This unique experience will give the participant an understanding of commitment and hands-on job experience in the entertainment and child-care industries.
